WLS recently helped a seller in the Pacific Northwest find a creative solution to their complex legal challenge by structuring seller financing that benefited both the buyer and the seller.
High interest rates have proven challenging for borrowers with floating interest rate loans, but many lenders are willing to negotiate with borrowers to prevent foreclosure. WLS recently assisted one commercial real estate borrower in converting its $11 Million floating rate loan to a fixed rate loan.
