WLS Assists with Year-End Multifamily Acquisition

WLS closed out 2021 with the December 30 closing on a client’s purchase of a 134-unit value-add multifamily property located in Houston. WLS also assisted with structuring the capital stack, which included a 506(c) equity securities offering and a mortgage loan with future advances for capital improvements.
