WLS Helps with Year-End Transactions

In December, 2020, Whitman Legal Solutions was busy at helping business and real estate investors with acquisitions, dispositions, and restructurings in response to pandemic-related economic conditions. Recently completed transactions include an international business acquisition via a stock purchase and sale of an apartment complex in the Southwestern United States. WLS also assisted real estate investors with Section 1031 exchange planning in light of possible tax law changes in 2021.
